This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of items purchased from our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all major locations worldwide, including USA, Europe, UK, EFTA States, Canada, Australia & NZ, Japan, and Brazil.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods or sales events, processing times may extend.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where applicable.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard: Estimated delivery within 5-27 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated the destination of your order and the value of your cart. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

For orders exceeding $100, we offer free standard shipping to these select locations:

- USA

- Europe

- UK

- EFTA States

- Canada

- Australia & NZ

- Japan

- Brazil

For orders under $100, we charge the following rates for standard shipping:

- USA - $10

- Europe - $10

- UK - $10

- EFTA States - $10

- Canada - $15

- Australia & NZ - $10

- Japan - $10

- Brazil - $10

Unfortunately due to delivery costs, we cannot offer free shipping to countries outside of those regions listed above. For delivery to other countries, we offer standard shipping for $30 for all orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Cooked Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we are committed to assisting you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the damage.

For lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to file a claim.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ERRORS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

PREORDERS AND BACKORDERS

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be displayed at the time of purchase. These timelines are subject to change.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will attempt to contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.

If we cannot reach you, the order may be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
