At Cooked Clothing Co Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 682 464 580) we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. However, as we operate on a print-on-demand model, here’s everything you need to know about exchanges, swaps, and returns:

CAN I EXCHANGE OR SWAP AN ITEM?

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges or swaps.

Every item is custom-made just for you after you place your order, which means we can’t restock or resell returned items.

If you’ve received the wrong size or ordered incorrectly, we recommend double-checking our

size guide before placing a new order to ensure the perfect fit next time!

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage during shipping, we’ll make it right by replacing the item at no cost to you.

• Wrong item received: If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we’ll fix it ASAP.

For any return inquiries, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue along with your order details.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – Order [Your Order Number].”

Attach photos of the item(s) in question, clearly showing the issue.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps.

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement item or issue store credit where applicable.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

• Change of mind: Because our items are custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for personal preference changes.

• Incorrect size orders: Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

• Normal wear and tear: Fading, stretching, or fabric wear caused by regular use won’t be covered.

SHIPPING COSTS

In the event of a replacement for damaged or defective items, we’ll cover shipping costs.

For non-defective returns (if applicable), shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Cooked Clothing Co. reserves the right to deny returns or replacements if the item shows signs of use, has been washed, or does not meet the criteria outlined above.
